PURPOSE: A graphene semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic light emitting display and a memory including the graphene semiconductor device are provided to extend the applicability of a device by bonding a semiconductor to a graphene layer. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer structure is formed. A sacrificial substrate (110), a sacrificial layer (120), and a semiconductor layer (130) are successively laminated on the multilayer structure. A transfer substrate is formed on the semiconductor layer. A first laminate including the transfer substrate and the semiconductor layer are formed. A second laminate is formed on a device substrate.
