PURPOSE: A flexible flap arrangement for a wind turbine rotor blade is provided to make a flat part act as an added or extended airfoil where lift increases in low wind speed and loads decrease in high wind speed. CONSTITUTION: A flexible flap arrangement for a wind turbine rotor blade comprises a support part (21) and a flap part (22). The flap part is manually operated to the angle between a surface normal (34) and a code line (101) of the surface (41). The positions of the support part and the flat part are set to each other so that the support part can supply limitation to the movement of the flat part.
