PURPOSE: An image forming device secures satisfactory primary transfer characteristics when a current flows from a current supply member to an intermediate transfer belt. CONSTITUTION: Multiple stretch members (11-13) stretch an intermediate transfer belt. A secondary transfer roller (20) supplies a current to the intermediate transfer belt by being in contact with the intermediate transfer belt. A contact member is disposed between the stretch members in a way as to contact a primary transfer surface side of the intermediate transfer belt to which toner images are transferred from multiple image carriers. A Zener diode (15) is connected to the contact member and at least one of the stretch members. |
