PURPOSE: A gas injection device and method for a multi-layered glass are provided to minimize the amount of gas discharged through an injection hole and a discharge hole by sealing the injection hole and the discharge hole directly after the gas is injected into a multi-layered glass. CONSTITUTION: A gas injection device for a multi-layered glass comprises a gas injection module (200) and a vacuum suction module (300). The gas injection module injects gas into a multi-layered glass (400) formed by inserting a spacer between plate glasses. The gas injection module comprises a first drill part, an injection part, a first sealing part, and a moving part. The first drill part drills the spacer to form an injection hole. The injection part injects gas through the injection hole. The first sealing part seals the injection hole. The vacuum suction module discharges air from the multi-layered glass to the outside.
