PURPOSE: An environment-friendly elastic material composition is provided to have excellent tensile strength and elongation, to reduce the curing time, to have extremely excellent air permeability, and to improve energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An air resistant elastic material composition comprises 100 parts by weight of rubber component, 50-80 parts by weight of carbon black, 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of a vulcanization agent, 1.0-3.0 parts by weight of a vulcanization accelerator, and 1.0-2.5 parts by weight of a vulcanization accelerating aid. The rubber component includes 80-95 wt% of a halogenated butyl rubber and 20-5 wt% of a natural rubber-modified natural rubber. The plate zinc oxide has an average particle diameter of 0.1-10 μm, an average thickness of 20-50 nm, a density of 0.2-0.3 g/ml, and a specific surface area of 25-30 m^2/g. |
