PURPOSE: A multifunctional red ginseng production steaming apparatus is provided to maintain the uniform temperature and humidity inside a steaming box. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional red ginseng production steaming apparatus comprises the following: a steaming box(100) forming a steaming space unit; a steam pipe unit(200) located on the lower side of the steaming box; a proportional control valve system(210) automatically controlling the amount of steam inflowing into the steaming boxy; a steam connecting pipe bypass unit(220) for manually controlling the supplying amount of steam; and a steam cooling unit(300) located on the upper side of the steaming box. |
