PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a feedback signal in a multi node system and an apparatus thereof are provided to enable a terminal to transmit the feedback signal to a base station effectively. CONSTITUTION: A transmission module of a radio frequency (RF) unit (1223) transmits first information requesting resource allocation to a base station. A receiving module of the RF unit receives information requesting the transmission of second information required for the resource allocation from the base station. A processor (1221) controls the transmission module in order to transmit the requested second information to the base station through the transmission module. Feedback information is the information about at least one of the plurality of nodes. The feedback information is transmitted to the base station together with the first information or the second information.
