CHARCOAL PRODUCING APPARATUS ABLE TO COLLECT HEAT AND ALKALINE WATER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing charcoal is provided to more efficiently produce charcoal without energy loss by recovering hot air for not only producing charcoal but also drying grain and alkaline water used as liquid fertilizer for soil improvement. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing charcoal comprises a furnace (10); an input unit for raw materials (20); a discharging unit; and a digesting unit (40). The furnace includes a grating formed inside. The input unit for raw materials throws granular raw materials continuously into the furnace. The discharging unit is composed of a discharging box for containing charcoal falling from the grating and a rotating plate for pushing the charcoal to a discharging hole formed on the discharging box. The digesting unit includes a digester (41) formed below the discharging hole to submerge the charcoal.
