PURPOSE: A liquid crystal lens panel and a stereoscopic image display panel including the same are provided to improve the reaction rate of liquid crystal molecules. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal lens panel comprises a first substrate (530), a second substrate (540), and a liquid crystal layer (550). The first substrate comprises a common electrode. The second substrate comprises a plurality of first electrodes (E1) and a plurality of second electrodes (E2). The first and second electrodes face the common electrode. The liquid crystal layer comprises the first liquid crystal molecule and the second liquid crystal molecule. The first liquid crystal molecule is vertically aligned at a first pretilt angle for the first substrate and is adjacent to the first substrate.
