ROOM TEMPERATURE CURABLE ORGANOPOLYSILOXANE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane resin has a fast curing rate, has excellent adhesion to an object, and manufactures a silicon rubber maintaining long term adhesion and high modulus even under a severe environment. CONSTITUTION: A room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises 100 parts by weight of diorganopolysiloxane the both end of which are blocked by hydrosilyl groups and having a viscosity of 20-1,000,000 mPa·s at room temperature; 15-150 parts by weight of surface-treated calcium carbonate which is surface-treated by an aliphatic acid and has a BET specific surface area of 25-40 m^2/g; 0.5-20 parts by weight of an organic silicate compound which has at least one alkoxysilyl group per one molecule; and 0.001-10 parts by weight of a curing catalyst.
