PURPOSE: A call taxi service system and a method thereof are provided to enable a call service subscriber to select a desired taxi and to monitor the location information, history, and state of a taxi by using a smartphone. CONSTITUTION: When a call taxi service is started (S10), a user terminal transmits an access request signal to a call service server (200) (S20). The call service server authenticates a user terminal (100) and allows a user to access the call service server by obtaining the location information of the user terminal based on user information. When a call button is inputted by the user (S40), the user terminal a call service request signal including destination information to the call service server (S50). The service server receives a service request signal, searches the location information of taxis, and extracts the information of the taxis which are close to the user terminal (S60). Request information and the information of a service requester are transmitted to the extracted taxi terminals (300) (S70-S80). When the acceptance of a call service is inputted, a call service response signal is transmitted to the call service server (S90-S100). Predicted arrival time information and the location information of a taxi terminal are transmitted to the user terminal (S110).
