PURPOSE: A management control system of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is provided to allow a central control center to manage a state of the UPS through a traffic signal controller, thereby responding quickly to anomalies which occur in the UPS. CONSTITUTION: A management control system comprises a traffic signal controller (10), an UPS (20), and a central control center (30). The traffic signal controller generates traffic signal control information according to an algorithm to control traffic lights. When the power of the traffic signal controller is out, the UPS supplies a power source to the traffic signal controller. The central control center monitors and controls the traffic signal control information in a remote place. The traffic signal controller includes a communication protocol module (11) which transmits and receives data with the UPS.
