PURPOSE: A food garbage disposal apparatus is provided to prevent the moisture which is generated during a decomposition process in a processing container from leaking out of the apparatus and to equally heat the main wall of the processing container by supplying the heat included in filtered gas to the outer peripheral surface of the processing container, thereby saving energy. CONSTITUTION: A disposal apparatus for food garbage comprises: a processing container(1); a paddle arm; a rotary shaft for the paddle arm; an anti-skid friction part; an exhaust pipe(6); a collection device for condensed water; and a heat exchanger(8). Circular rods with 4-6mm diameter of the anti-skid friction part are placed on the inner bottom part of the processing container which faces the blade of the paddle arm. The circular rods are placed perpendicular to the moving direction of a blade. A moisture filter is placed on an exhaust pipe to filter discharged gas, dust mixed within the gas, and moisture mixed within the gas and send them to the processing container. The heat exchanger comprises: a heating part; a deodorization filtering part; an exhaust part(8h); and an inlet tube(8k). The deodorization filtering part equipped with a platinum catalyst filter is formed in the space for discharging heat. The space for discharging the heat is connected to the space which is connected to the heater. The gas discharged from the processing container is heated through the heating part of the heat exchanger and the deodorization filtering part. The discharged gas is supplied to a hot wind heater through the exhaust pipe(8L). |
