PURPOSE: An absorbance sensor for green algae is provided to efficiently and inexpensively measure the green algae. CONSTITUTION: An absorbance sensor for green algae counts an amount of the green algae by subtracting the absorbance of the green algae in green light (550 nm) from the absorbance of the green algae in blue light (410 nm) and red light (680 nm). The absorbance sensor adds the common logarithm of each value obtained from an ELISA device to calculate the amount of the green algae. |
