<p>PURPOSE: An authentication which uses a mobile communication terminal, a member registration, and an application for a payment service are provided to enable a user to store an application which transmits and receives a net key in the storage unit of the mobile communication terminal from a download site and enable the user to install the application directly. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit (140) of a mobile communication terminal includes a recording medium. The recording medium stores an application which scans a two-dimensional bar code like a quick response (QR) code and a net key transmission application. The net key transmission application is executed by receiving data which includes a net key as a parameter. The application which scans a two-dimensional bar code like a QR code is executed by the input unit operation of the mobile communication terminal. The two-dimensional bar code like the QR code is scanned. The net key transmission application is executed by using the scanned data as a parameter.
