PURPOSE: A transparent electrode and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve the transmittance of light by forming a thin film on a current spreading layer including grapheme. CONSTITUTION: A current spreading layer (21) is made of graphene. The current spreading layer is arranged on a semiconductor layer. A first electrode (22a) with a predetermined pattern is formed on the current spreading layer. The height of a second electrode (23) is same as the height of the first electrode. The transmittance of the second electrode is greater the transmittance of the first electrode.
