PURPOSE: An apartment structure with a terrace is provided to achieve various apartment shapes besides a simple rectangular parallelepiped structure. CONSTITUTION: An apartment structure with a terrace is configured as follows. A terrace(210) of each household(200) has a height corresponding to the height of two households and is not overlapped with adjacent terraces of upper and lower households. The terrace is supported by a bearing post(250) or/and a bearing wall(252) and connected to a living room or kitchen while being separated by windows. |
