<p>PURPOSE: A virtual multi touch implementation method in a single touch panel is provided to implement a flexible and fine multi touch function by directly configuring a central point used in a multi touch region configuration by a user. CONSTITUTION: A screen touch processing unit provides a virtual multi touch function and a detection unit detects a central point for configuring a virtual multi touch function. A configuration unit configures a new virtual multi touch region according to coordinate variation after detecting the central point.
