<p>PURPOSE: A natural-gas fractional distillation apparatus is provided to improve energy efficiency by improving a part of a process for reduction of energy consumed to discern the natural gas. CONSTITUTION: A natural-gas fractional distillation apparatus comprises a gas-liquid separator (110); a vapor separator (12); a first heat exchanger (130); a first expander (140); a second expander (150); and a distillation tower (160). The vapor separator separates steam currents separated by the vapor-liquid separator into a first steam current and a second steam current. The first heat exchanger condenses the first steam current separated by the vapor separator. The first expander expands the first steam current which is condensed in the first heat exchanger. The second expander expands the second steam current which is separated by the vapor separator. The steam currents are separated into an overhead steam current with methane and a component reinforced bottom current after liquids separated by the gas-liquid separator, the first steam current expanded by the first expander, and the second steam current expanded by the second expander in the distillation tower flow in. The first heat exchanger exchanges heat of the first steam current separated by the vapor separator and the overhead steam current.</p> |
