PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a connector cover is provided to prevent a scratch or contamination on a connector regardless of the shape of the connector by forming a cured film on the surface of the connector cover. CONSTITUTION: A metallic connector cover (10), which is a part of a connector (1), is provided for covering the connector. A cured film (30) is provided on the surface of the metallic connector cover for preventing the surface of the metallic connector cover from being scratched. The cured film is formed with ultraviolet ray ink or thermosetting resin. A manufacturing method of the connector cover comprises the steps of: stamping and bending a metal plate for forming a shape of the connector cover; coating the surface of the metal plate with the ultraviolet ray ink; and hardening the ultraviolet ray ink by irradiating an ultraviolet ray on the surface. |
