PURPOSE: A motor driving device of a foldable outside mirror is provided to sense a state of a current flowing in a motor by a small amount of shunt resistor, thereby controlling the operation of the motor. CONSTITUTION: A motor driving device of a foldable outside mirror comprises an H-bridge circuit unit (10), a shunt resistor (30), a pull-up limit resistor (42), and a control unit (50). The h-bridge circuit unit changes a current direction by switching a plurality of switching elements according to a preset order, thereby rotating a motor in forward and reversed directions.
