PURPOSE: A helium thermometer using the expansion of helium is provided to measure higher temperatures than 100 degree using the property of the helium. CONSTITUTION: A helium thermometer using the expansion of helium is formed of a cylinder with a diameter of 10 cm. A cap is arranged in the middle of the cylinder. The half of the cylinder is filled with the helium, and the rest thereof becomes a vacuum state. The helium thermometer measures state variation with a pressure meter according to pressure variation. The helium thermometer predicts temperatures by calculating the pressure variation. |
