PURPOSE: A device for reducing external input in a state of operating a generator and a motor is provided to install a winding coil on the outside of a rotor, thereby increasing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A winding coil of a rotor is quartered. Electricity is offered to two winding coils(4a,4b). The electricity forms an N-pole and an S-pole in the rotor. Electricity generation is performed in two winding coils(4c,4d). The rotor performs two kinds of roles. |
