PURPOSE: A dental bur with an improved abrasion resistance is provided to be able to improve the durability and lubrication by additionally coating tungsten (W) with a high abrasion resistance, and tin (Sn), a metal material capable of improving the lubrication with a wet plating method. CONSTITUTION: A dental bur with an improved abrasion resistance comprises a fixing part and a cutting part. The cutting part comprises a base layer, a diamond deposition layer and a tungsten coating layer. The cutting part of the dental bur composed of the fixing part and the cutting part comprises a base layer, a diamond deposition layer and a tin coating layer. A manufacturing method of the dental bur with an improved abrasion resistance comprises (a) a step of coating tungsten or tin on the fixing part of the dental bur and the cutting part including a diamond deposition layer; (b) a step of washing with distilled water to remove the contaminants; and (c) a step of blocking and removing the inflow of the remaining impurities by maintaining in a drying furnace.
