ULTRASONIC CLEANER FOR PILE FABRIC

PURPOSE: A cleaning apparatus for pile fabric is provided to weaken the coagulating force among piles by using ultrasonic when a pile product containing nanofillament passes a cleaning bath installed with an ultrasonic wave generator. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus for pile fabric comprises: a cleaning bath (2), a guide roll (30), and an ultrasonic wave generator (1). The cleaning bath cleans pile fabric (10). The guide roll transfers the pile fabric. The ultrasonic wave generator is equipped in the cleaning bath. Cleaning water (4) is accommodated in the cleaning bath, and the ultrasonic wave generator is placed under the cleaning water. The guide roll guides the transfer of the pile fabric to pass the cleaning water.
