PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fireproof binder provides a binder with low chloride content, capable of preventing the corrosion of devices or pipes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fireproof binder comprises a step of manufacturing a crosslinked product by selectively putting silica sol or bentonite and manufactures a crosslinked material; a step of manufacturing a tackifier aqueous solution by dissolving a cellulose-based aqueous powder with removed chlorine; a step of putting potassium persulfate and an acrylic acid into water and conducting a polymerization to manufacture an acrylic adhesive; a step of putting in the manufactured crosslinked material, tackifier aqueous solution, and acrylic adhesive and stirring the mixture to obtain a binder; and a step of putting a flame retardant solution into the binder and stirring the mixture to manufacture the fireproof binder.
