PURPOSE: A processing method for waste water and sewage processing method and an ion exchange tub are provided to effectively decompose contaminants by decomposing contaminants using aerobic microorganisms through multiple steps and to reduce eutrophication. CONSTITUTION: A processing method for waste water and sewage comprises the following steps: (S100) pulverizing solid contaminants included in sewage and waste water; (S200) decomposing pulverized contaminants through a microorganism media; (S300) irradiating obtained processing water and annihilating residual microorganisms; and (S400) removing phosphorus components in sewage and waste water through an ion exchange between ion exchange media and phosphate ion which is remained in processing water by contacting the obtained processing water with ion exchange media.
