<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing high alloy steel is provided to minimize stress applied in rolling and to prevent cracks by preventing the generation of inclusions. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing high alloy steel is as follows: a step of continuously casting high carbon alloy molten steel containing 0.44 wt.% of carbon to form a slab; a step of rough-rolling the continuously casted slab; a step of finish-rolling the rough-casted slab at 880°C or higher to form a steel plate; a step of air-cooling the finish-rolled steel plate; and a step of winding the air-cooled steel plate at 700°C or higher.</p> |
