PURPOSE: A terminal linking system and a method thereof are provided to perform pair of a plurality of terminal devices and a plurality of portable terminal devices easily, under the condition that the plurality of terminal devices and the plurality of portable terminal devices exist adjacently. CONSTITUTION: Termination of connection of terminal devices (101-10n) and portable terminal devices (201-20n), and logout process of an operating system (OS) of each terminal device are performed. Re-connection between a group of a terminal device and a portable terminal device which performs more than one pairing is performed. When data is transmitted and received between the terminal device and the portable terminal device performed one pairing, a shared key shared by the pairing is used. Connection of the terminal device and the portable terminal device, and logout process of the OS of the terminal device are performed. When the record of the terminal device and the portable terminal device having the record of performing one pairing is deleted, the destruction of the shared key is performed.
