PURPOSE: A composition for enhancing muscle fatigue resistance or muscle mass is provided to enhance muscle fatigue resistance, to accumulate muscle contraction proteins, and to increase muscle mass using celastrol, thereby improving athletic performance. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for enhancing muscle fatigue resistance or muscle mass contains celastrol as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition additionally contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form of a powder, a granule, a tablet, a capsule, a suspension, an emulsion, a syrup, an aerosol, an extract, an injection solution, a transdermal drug, or a suppository. A food composition for enhancing muscle fatigue resistance or muscle mass contains celastrol as an active ingredient. |
