CONSTITUTION: A stereo image is inputted. The inputted image is down-scaled. Feature information is extracted from the down-scaled image. The image is corrected. The image rectification of the corrected image is performed. The image to which the rectification is performed is up-scaled. Correction information is extracted from the up-scaled image.
