PURPOSE: A superheater for a steam boiler is provided to respectively install switch valves at a steam inlet pipe and a steam outlet pipe which are mutually connected with a bypass pipe, thereby controlling the amount of generated superheated steam. CONSTITUTION: A superheater for a steam boiler includes a heating chamber (10), a steam inlet pipe (11), a steam outlet pipe (12), an electric heater part (15), a thermometer (14), a manometer (17), and a control panel (20). The heating chamber is horizontally or vertically placed, and heats steam through heat exchange. The steam inlet pipe having a switch valve (11') is connected to one top of the heating chamber, and steam generated in the steam boiler flows into the same. The steam outlet pipe having a switch valve (12') is connected to the other top the heating chamber, and the superheated steam is discharged from the same. The electric heater part heats the steam using a heating coil. The heating coil is installed at one side end of the heating chamber, and is placed inside the heating chamber. The thermometers are respectively installed at the steam inlet pipe and the steam outlet pipe. The manometer having a safety valve is installed at the heating chamber, and detects pressure inside the heating chamber. |
