PURPOSE: Indoor shoes for yoga and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a user from slipping or falling during practicing yoga. CONSTITUTION: Indoor shoes for yoga include a lower plate (10), an anti-slip plate (14), an upper plate, an auxiliary band, an elastic band for the top of a foot, a rear elastic band (30). The lower plate forms an outsole. The anti-slip plate is formed with anti-slip patterns. The upper plate accommodates a foot. The auxiliary band connects to an inner auxiliary band and the top of a foot. The elastic band for the top of a foot accommodates the top of a foot. The rear elastic band is connects by a rear elastic band shaft.
