<p>PURPOSE: An edible packaging film containing a vegetable protein and a method for fabricating the same are provided to ensure excellent tensile strength, elongation, and moisture vapor permeability. CONSTITUTION: An edible packaging film for long-term storage of fruits or vegetables contains a vegetable protein extracted from one kind selected from the group consisting of rapeseed meal, rice bran meal, Gelidium amansii LAMOUROUX, and red algae. A method for manufacturing the edible packaging film comprises: a step of dissolving the vegetable protein, a plasticizer, and sugar in distilled water and preparing a film solution; a step of heating the film solution, spraying to a module in a thickness of 50-60 um, and drying.</p> |
