PURPOSE: A phenylpolysiloxane resin is provided to have excellent heat resistance, light resistance, high transparency, high refractivity, and excellent workability. CONSTITUTION: A phenylpolysiloxane resin comprise a phenylsiloxane unit with a functional group as a core; and a core-shell structure represented by chemical formula 1 by forming a shell with a siloxane unit with various functional groups. In chemical formula 1, each of R^1-R^7 is C1-20 alkyl or C6-20 aryl; X is hydrogen or C2-20 alkenyl; the average value of a is a rear number from 5-120.
