PURPOSE: A basket leveling apparatus for enabling precise leveling of a basket is provided to maintain the level of the basket from the ground by compensating for the viscosity variation of a working fluid. CONSTITUTION: A basket leveling apparatus for enabling precise leveling of a basket comprises a fluctuation cylinder, a main cylinder(MC), a sub-cylinder(SC), a load control valve(10), an angle sensor, a controller(30), and an electronic proportional control valve(20). The fluctuation cylinder controls the vertical rotation of a boom stand. The main cylinder is actuated by the vertical rotation of the boom stand. The sub-cylinder is connected to the main cylinder as a hydraulic circuit and is operated by the working fluid which is generated by the main cylinder. The load control valve controls the opening and closing of the hydraulic circuit according to whether or not the basket is leveled.
