<p>Preparing a silane compound or its mixture, comprises grinding pieces of silicide or silicon alloy to form powder whose particles have a diameter of 10-500 mu m, mixing the obtained mixture with an aqueous solvent, fluidizing the mixture, reacting the fluidized mixture with hydrochloric acid, which is dissolved in an aqueous solution. Preparing a silane compound of formula (Si nH 2 n + 2) (I) or its mixture, comprises grinding pieces of silicide or silicon alloy having a structure of formula (M 1> xM 2> ySi z) (II) to form powder whose particles have a diameter of 10-500 mu m, mixing the obtained mixture with an aqueous solvent, fluidizing the mixture, reacting the fluidized mixture with hydrochloric acid, which is dissolved in an aqueous solution. M 1>a reducing metal; M2 : an alkali or alkaline earth metal; x-z : 0-1; and n : 1-3.</p> |
