The arms include respective cylinders (8), where the cylinders of the arms are coaxial, so that the combination of the cylinders is intended to receive a roll of paper such as wallpaper. The frame includes a reference cylinder support (11) placed above the frame, where the roller support is placed laterally relative to the frame. The roller support includes a brake (9) to prevent excessive rolling of the paper roll.
