<p>The power plant has a platform (1) set to float on a water current in a river, where paddle wheels are installed on the platform for actuating an electric generator (4). The floating platform is immobilized on the surface of the water current by connection of two standing ropes, where the ropes connect the platform to a fixed structure such as a pile of a bridge across the river. One or more platforms are added to the back of the floating platform, where the paddle wheels penetrate the water current, and allow the operation of the generator even when the water level is low.</p> |
