PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a shoot-proof tire, and a tire thereof are provided to reduce damage due to puncture generated by damaging the tire with a pointed part of a screw etc. on a driving road. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a shoot-proof tire comprises the steps of: arranging a carcass layer on a drum; forming a bead part by standing a bead core on the both ends and winding up the both ends of the carcass layer; laminating at least a rubber topping sheet comprising multiple shoot-proof fiber inside between the bead part and carcass layer; forming a green tire by attaching tread rubber on the rubber topping sheet; and sulphating the final result. The region that the multiple shoot-proof fiber is comprised in the rubber topping sheet is distinguished into a built-in part and a not-built-in part. |
