PURPOSE: A molecular imprinting chip for serum amyloid P component protein is provided to enhance detection by enhancing binding constant in SAP and selective coherence. CONSTITUTION: A molecular imprinting chip for serum amyloid P component protein comprises a substrate (a), a fixed layer (b) with azide or R_1 of the end of acetylene and fixed on the substrate and molecular imprinting layer (c) comprising R_2_X proline and fixed on the fixed layer. The proline on the molecular imprinting layer is orientated corresponding to the connection part of the proline protein. The fixed layer and the molecular imprinting layer are connected by a click chemical reaction between the R_1 and R_2_X proline.
