METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A TANGLEWEED

PURPOSE: A production method of sea tangle tea is provided to remove the unique smell of seaweeds including sea tangle by drying, roasting, and grinding. CONSTITUTION: Sea tangle is collected and assorted. Salt and foreign substances are removed from the assorted sea tangle. The washed sea tangle is cut into 0.5-1.5 cm, and the cut sea tangle is dried at 50-60°C for 3-4 hours. The firstly dried sea tangle is deodorized, and secondly dried. The secondly dried sea tangle is roasted, and grounded into powder. The ground sea tangle powder is packed.
