PURPOSE: A corn composition having excellent palatability, and a producing method thereof are provided to easily produce corn mixed food by mixing the corn composition in various conditions. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a corn composition having excellent palatability comprises the following steps: mixing 80-90 parts of polished corn by weight and 10-20 parts of red bean by weight; heating the mixture at 121 deg C for 5 minutes; and adding ingredients selected from sugar, salt, or chestnut. |
