PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyimide manufactures polyimides with high molecular weight, low molecular weight distribution, excellent oxygen permeability, and excellent oxygen selectivity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of hexafluoro isopropylidene 2,2-bis (phthalic acid dianhydride)-2,6-diamino triptycene polyimide comprises a step of obtaining a solution by injecting N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and toluene azeotropic mixture solution into hexafluoroisopropylidene 2,2-bis(diethylphthalate)anhydride and 2,6-diaminotriptycene; and a step of polymerizing water while the solution is azeotropically distilled. The weight average molecular weight of the manufactured hexafluoro isopropylidene 2,2-bis (phthalic acid dianhydride)-2,6-diamino triptycene polyimide is 150,000-1,000,000, and the molecular weight distribution is 1.5-3.0. |
