PURPOSE: A manual disposer for a sink is provided to manually crush food waste and easily remove food waste trapped in the disposer and blocking the operation of the disposer. CONSTITUTION: A manual disposer for a sink comprises a driving unit(200) generating power and a disposer(300) installed at the bottom of a sink and rotated by the power provided from the driving unit. The driving unit comprises a base plate(210) with a wing panel(212), a horizontal moving hanger(220) with a rack and a footboard(224) and installed and rotated on the wing panel, driving components including a drive gear coupled with the rack and a first bevel gear and installed and rotated on the wing panel via a fixing pin(233), and a ratchet bearing. The disposer comprises a housing(330) with a fixed crushing blade(331), a rotary plate(320) coupled to a rotary shaft(310) and provided with a rotary crushing blade(321), and a drain pipe installed at the housing to drain crushed food waste. |
