PURPOSE: A device and a method for lining the resin of a ball for a ball valve are provided to improve stability and reliability in lining without defects by filling a space from which a pin is detached using a resin to maintain the entire surface of a ball to be even. CONSTITUTION: A device for lining the resin of a ball for a ball valve comprises a mold (36), an inlet, a support piece, a plurality of pin holes, a plurality of pins, a resin supply path, a plurality of actuators, and a control part (42). One side of the pin hole is opened to a spherical space. The other side of the pin hole is opened to the outside of the mold. The pin holes have the same axial line and diameter as the support holes of a ball. The pins are protruding from the pin holes during a lining work to be tightly inserted into the support holes of the ball. The pins slide into the pin holes by coming out from the support holes before the lining work is finished.
