PURPOSE: A discharge member for a packing container is provided to ensure a low manufacturing cost for a mold and reduce injection molding time. CONSTITUTION: A discharge member(1) is punched to combine with the part of the surface of a paperboard or pouch container such as a carton pack or tetra pak box. The main body of a packing container contains a cover(110) for opening and closing. A fixing surface(104) for insertion is combined with the packing container. The discharge member is formed on the lower part of a main body punching part(105), and a lower part discharge hole(106) and a side discharge hole(107) are formed on the side. A cover for opening and closing is connected to the main body with a connecting part(111). The protrusion of an elastic piece(112) is protruded upward around the empty space of the connecting part.
