PURPOSE: A remote programmable logic controller (PLC) management system using a mobile terminal is provided to perform maintenance related with the PLC system more effectively, by managing the PLC system remotely through an application installed in the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A PLC system (11) transmits an event notification message to a notification server (12) according as a previously registered event occurs. The notification server transmits the event notification message received from the PLC system to a mobile terminal of a manager. A PLC management application (14) is installed in the mobile terminal of the manager. The PLC management application receives the event notification message transmitted from the notification server. The PLC management application displays the received event notification message on the screen.
