PURPOSE: A vertical direct-grilling device is provided to arrange heat sources on both sides of the device, thereby preventing the oil of meat from being in direct contact with the heat sources. CONSTITUTION: In case of directly grilling meat, heat sources such as charcoal and heating wires are arranged on left and right sides or front and rear sides. The meat is vertically inserted between the heat sources by using a grate and grilled so that oil dropped from the meat can be extracted without being fallen into the heat sources. |
