PURPOSE: A wireless communication service system is provided to enable a user to perform no-charge call in a WiFi area or a 3G area by using a fixed mobile communicator (FMC), and to enable the user to perform the call with internet phone charge when the user calls to a general telephone or a mobile phone of another person. CONSTITUTION: An opening server provides information required in FMC service and information required in UC service to an FMC terminal when there is a request from the FMC terminal. An FMC (110) provides a web site in which call server authentication information and WiFi authentication information for the FMC terminal to receive FMC service and UC service, an organization chart and UC connection information required in the UC service are inputted to the opening server. The FMC comprises a service server which delivers the information inputted through the web site from the FMC terminal to the opening server. A smart phone provides no-charge call service in a local area wireless call region through a multi-functional composite device and internet.
